2. Booking and Payments

2.1. A deposit will be required to secure your booking, and full payment is due prior to the service date.

2.2. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date may incur a cancellation fee.

2.3. Any changes to the booking details must be communicated at least 28 days in advance and may be subject to availability.

3. Service and Vehicle Usage

3.1. Vehicles provided by Cassidy Chauffeurs will be clean, presentable, and well-maintained.

3.2. Passengers are required to respect the vehicle interiors and may be held liable for any damages caused.

3.3. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles unless agreed upon in advance.

4. Chauffeur Rights and Responsibilities

4.1. Our chauffeurs will always prioritise passenger safety and follow road safety regulations.

4.2. Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service if passengers are behaving in an aggressive, disorderly, unsafe, or illegal manner.

4.3. Chauffeurs reserve the right to photograph or film the vehicles at wedding venues and other locations for promotional purposes. Such images will not include identifiable individuals unless prior consent is obtained.

5. Delays and Liability

5.1. Cassidy Chauffeurs is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5.2. In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle, but this cannot be guaranteed.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.2. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill our services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
